The GCSE exams continued for Year 11 pupils last week. They have almost completed them now and then they can take a well-deserved rest! The Year 11 pupils are now just coming into school to sit their exams, so we are seeing less of them around school. We had a  lovely Leavers' Assembly on Thursday; fantastically prepared by Miss Harley, where the pupils received their Records of Achievement and got to look back at photos and videos of themselves over their five years in school. There was even a video of them in 'Let's Sing' when they were at the end of Year 6. I remember the event clearly and seeing the faces of the pupils made me think that they haven't changed that much in their faces, they've just grown much bigger!! Mrs Wright has nurtured the year group for five years (I think it is her 4th year group she has taken through the school) and she has been a magnificent head of year to them all - we all wish her all the best on a well-earned retirement.
