8 June 2017

On Tuesday 6th June, at 11 o’clock, our school held a minute’s silence in remembrance to all those affected by the recent terror attacks in Manchester and London.

A member of each form came to the front of school to take part in a truly wonderful service. Students let off twenty-two pink and seven white balloons after the silence, an idea from a group of Year 11 pupils. We have also had small services and memorials in chapel, allowing people to pay their respects and are extending our prayers to all the people that need them at this dreadful time.
