In my final blog of the year I would like to pay tribute to all our wonderful staff who do so much to provide opportunities for the pupils.  It is because of all that hard work and dedication I am able to celebrate such fantastic pupil achievements all year in this blog.  I hope you all have a restful, peaceful and great summer holiday and look forward to sharing more amazing achievements next year!

This last blog features some photos from the Y9 History trip to London last Friday. They all had a great day, (avoided the Trump protests although they did see Trump baby suspended in the air!) The staff involved were Mrs Cole, Mr Linton, Mr Hill and Mr Halliwell. There were 36, Year 9 pupils and they visited the Cabinet War Rooms, HMS Belfast, the London Eye and did a river cruise to the Tower of London. It was very hot and they walked for miles but all pupils had a great time and returned home tired but safe just before 11pm.

Last month's History Challenge winners, congratulations! Five achievement points are coming your way!
