Salary:                        G5 (SCP 8 – 14) £19,945 - £22,462 / (hourly rate £10.34 – £11.64)

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic Primary Support ICT Technician to become an integral member of our established and highly competent ICT network support team.

 

This is a unique opportunity to provide maintenance and direct technical support for our feeder primary schools. You will be visiting these schools to carry out technical site checks and ensuring that their ICT systems are functioning correctly.  You will also provide support and assistance for teachers, pupils and other staff members on the basic use and setting up of ICT equipment and software in all settings.

 

As you will be an ambassador for our school and the service that we provide, it is essential that we appoint someone who is self-motivated, and who understands the importance of providing a first-class service to our stakeholders, with the aim of achieving a 100% customer satisfaction record.
