The Governors of St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Geography who has the capacity to enthuse, engage and inspire our young people through strong subject knowledge and engaging teaching across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum; someone who thrives on collaboration and teamwork; a committed professional with high levels of personal motivation and ambition.

Our Humanities Department provides pupils with an extremely well-resourced and enjoyable experience of all aspects of Geography. There are 3 dedicated classrooms where pupils are encouraged to explore their interest in the world around them. Geography is a very successful department and is consistently the most popular options choice for pupils at GCSE. collaborative planning and learning consistently drive results and create a positive, engaging learning environment for our amazing students.

We welcome applications from teachers who will inspire our pupils throughout the 11– 16 age range, instilling them with confidence to reach their potential in the subject.
