Gymnasts from SEA competed at the Acrobatic Gymnastics British Championships at the weekend with their club, Hope Acro, at the Telford International Centre.  It is the highest level of gymnastic competition in this country and the girls were up against many gymnasts who have won international competitions representing their countries.  

Emma Green (8B) finished in 5th place in the 11-16 Women's Pair with her partner after qualifying for Sunday's final.

Mia Ellison (Y11) had a 9th place finish with her trio in the 11-16 Women's Group category. One of her trio is Lola Sitko who will be joining St. Edmund Arrowsmith in Y7 in September from St. Aidan's Primary School.

The girls have a great account of themselves against some world class opposition.
