Congratulations to all students who were presented with an Award at the Rewards Assembly Thursday 18 July 2024.

However, all our school community took part in the assembly and it was a pleasure to witness our students loudly applauding their peers when collecting their certificates or trophies.

Students were rewarded in many categories, such as Effort & Progress in individual subject areas; 100% Attendance and Most Improved Attendance; Pastoral Awards for the most helpful to their form tutor; Faith in Action Awards, Work Experience Awards and Library Awards.  Those students in each year group who had obtained the most Achievement Points were recognised and these points were added to the sports day winning points for the winning House Award trophy.

There were also winners of 'special' or 'legacy' awards and we were delighted that the family of Mrs Evans joined us to present the Jo Evans Mathematics Award, along with Mr and Mrs Disley to present the Liam Disley Award and Mrs Dodd who presented the Daniel Dodd Award for Bravery in honour of her son, who very sadly died earlier this year.

We said 'goodbye' and 'good luck' to teachers who were moving onto pastures new, namely Mr Ryder, Mrs Fox, Miss Boucher and Miss Challoner.
