This week our Year 7 Culture Club took part in our first Chinese New Year session.  Pupils tasted prawn crackers and rice crackers and really seemed to enjoy them!! 

Pupils learned about the customs and traditions of Chinese New Year and 2025 - The Year of The Snake.

Next week our Chinese New Year theme will continue and we will immerse ourselves into Chinese culture once again with crafting, fortune cookies and storytelling.  All Year 7 pupils are very welcome to attend. The session will take place in MFL1 on Tuesday at 1.10pm and is supported by our Year 9 MFL Culture Club Mentors.
