We are very proud of Y7 student, Molly Durkin who took part in a charity event over the weekend over the weekend to raise money for The Lilac Centre at St Helens Hospital as her mum is receiving treatment there at the moment.

The walk was a 12 km mountain hike, climbing Helvellyn via the famous Striding Edge, tackling two Wainwright mountains in one day,

The route was very challenging, and Molly did extremely well to get round it at just 12 years old.  The link below is what has been raised and the picture is of Molly climbing over striding edge.
