SEA gymnasts from Hope Acro were competing in the 2022 Spelthorne Acro Cup this weekend. It's one of the biggest and most competitive events of the year - Spelthorne Gymnastics Club is home to World Championship level gymnasts.
 
There were medals for a few SEA gymnasts:
 
Isobel S (8H)  -  Grade 3 Women's Groups - Gold medal with her trio
Emma G (7B) -  IDP1 (International Development Plan) Women's Groups - Silver Medal with her trio.
Holly W (10H) - Grade 4 Women's Groups - Bronze Medal with her trio.
Mia E (10M) and Ava E (8S) - Youth Women's Groups - Bronze Medal with their trio.
 
Also competing was Isla C (7B) who came in 4th place in the IDP1 Women's Pair and missed out on a bronze medal by the smallest margin of 0.01 on the judges' scorecard. Isla's partner is former SEA student Millie.
