Thursday (15th) was a evening of mixed emotions.

The year 8's won a dramatic game 3- 2  vs St Mary's.  KJ scored what prove to be the winning goal, a free kick from 40 yards out, and took the MOTM award.  The goalkeeper pulled off some vital saves in the dying minutes of the game to preserve to the lead for the team.

The year 9's sadly where on the wrong end of a 3 - 1 result vs St Mary's.  Going behind early the team began to get a grip of the game and early in the second half equalised.  But with vital players unavailable and the skill level of the opposition St Mary's moved through the gears and pressed us into our own half and capitalised by scoring the goals to take the victory.

Well done to all involved, Mr Bradley and Mr Taylor for their efforts and all the pupils who took part and represented the school.
