This is one of my favourite days in the whole school calendar, as we see the culmination of 5 years hard work in fabulous exam success. We know the pupils don’t sleep much the night before they come to pick up their results, but when they collect their results, those nerves turn to relief and beaming smiles! It was an amazing day and lovely to see pupils, staff and parents mingling together celebrating a fabulous set of results.
I've enjoyed speaking to the pupils and parents so much this morning, it reminds me yet again how amazingly talented our pupils are and we are so lucky to have such supportive parents. After the last 2 years school has been very different for this year group, with huge interruptions, but the way they have come through it to achieve fabulous results is simply magnificent, I could not be any prouder of them!
